#fiveways To Find #inspiration Online

When it comes to making changes in life, we can often get overwhelmed.

We’re not sure where to start or what to do and every week, we get to spend time with people who are in this position. Whilst we are there to guide and support them through the week, once they return home, it really is up to each of them as individuals.

We know how confusing it can be because we’ve been forced to make big changes in our lives in the past but thankfully, in this day and age, it’s a lot easier to look around for inspiration and support thanks to technology and the internet.

Yet even then, the online world can be filled with a HUGE amount of information, guides, how-to’s and so much more. When we start to look around, we find conflicting information and can be left feeling worse off than when we began.

So today, we though that we would share some of the people who inspire us on a daily basis, in the hope that they help you too.

James Smith

For all things weight loss and fitness related

As he says in his own introduction – “Removing all the bullshit from the fitness industry one post at a time.” James has a no-nonsense approach to health and fitness so be prepared for directness, hard hitting truths and a man on a mission.

His first book, Not A Diet Book, which came out recently, has soared to the top of the charts and his honest approach to healthy living is refreshing in this day and age when so many “quick fixes” and “fad diets” are almost being forced upon us as the “best” option for us all.
