It’s February and the theme of the month is REVIVAL.

But is also seems to be a month where we are addressing a number of “F” words and today’s one is another of those words that we either love or, well, not-love-so-much-but-really-do-our-best-with.

FOOD !!

Whether we like it or not, we all have to have it.

And it’s probably one of the biggest areas where people struggle when it comes to healthy living.

Let’s face facts right here and now.

We ALL struggle with food and eating.

It’s one of the first things that go out the window during stressful times and also one of those things that a lot of people struggle to control.

That’s why we push ourselves so hard up at the Retreat to find fresh, new and exciting ways to put together our meals.

We work hard to make them simple so that you can do them in the comfort of your own home.

And, we try our best to turn each plate (or bowl) of food into a piece of art for you to enjoy and savor, right down to the last mouthful.

If eating is one of THE most important things we can do, why not make it memorable ?

Why not make it something that you look forward to and truly enjoy ?

Did you know that when we make food look good, it does something to the brain that actually makes it taste better too ?

Our first experience of food is usually how it looks, then how it smells and lastly how it tastes.

So before you even open your mouth, your brain has already made a decision (without you realizing it or not) as to how you are going to enjoy it.

Your revival tip for today – take some time to create a beautiful meal for yourself and see how you enjoy it !
